Delivery & Order

Processing your order, manufacturing the products and delivering them (free of charge) takes our team a maximum of 10 to 15 working days. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge (excluding DOM-TOM).

If your order includes more than one item, they may be sent separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel? With our secure delivery, we will take care of all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don’t pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to “fend for yourself”. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense. Deliveries to overseas France (DOM-TOM) are generally longer (up to 2 months from the day of order) in order to remain affordable. An additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following countries – Guadeloupe – French Guiana – Reunion Island – Martinique – Mayotte – New Caledonia – Saint-Barthélemy – Saint Pierre and Miquelon – Saint-Martin – Wallis and Futuna – French Polynesia

Cancellation & Return

Yes, as long as your order is not “in process”.

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, our team will do its best to meet your needs!

We are only able to accept returns in the case of a proven product defect. Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

All our textiles come with a size guide to help our customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. Our team has taken care to measure each article and to add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can cause great frustration. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support by e-mail, we will do our best to satisfy you (by offering a possible compensation, for example).
